Once your payment is submitted I will start processing your order. This procedure might take between 1 to 5 working days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders might have a shipping fee and are sent via CTT, any other fees that your country might charge to collect your package is the responsibility of the customer. Every customer is responsible for their shipping address, please make sure you add the correct information. In case your order is returned you will have to pay the shipping fee again.

In case of any lost package please contact me, and I will help where I can, but do not take responsibility.

Delivery can normally take up to 7 working days.

I don’t do returns unless your product arrives to you in bad conditions or if there was any mistake and you didn’t receive the correct product.

Please inspect your order and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Payments can be made via Paypal or Credit Card. If you are from Portugal and you would like to do your payment via Mbway please contact me.
